My internet provider had been working slowly for quite some time and it was starting to affect my work and my schedule. I work out of my home with an office installed in the spare bedroom and it has been a joy to be working at home, you just have to learn to control your schedule and how to be your own boss, you set the rules and hours and try not to get distracted by wandering into a chat room or booking on-line. I do website designs for clients, it took me a long time to get where I am not but I am more than proud and pleased with the work I have done so far. It all started in school, art and design had always interested me so when I learned that I could be creative online well it just blew me away, it was amazing and I was so lucky to have that opportunity. My parents bought me my own computer when I left school and it all started from there, I would spend hours on end learning all there is to know about design and making a career for yourself. After some time I decided to join a course that teaches how to do website designs, it was fascinating and it really seemed like the career field I would be a good match to so I studied hard at the course and home and within time I began to design.

" Cyberspace " ( aka the internet ) is now a well known way to connect with friends through with social network and to even do some shopping online. cyberspace basically means a computer network that connects with a world wide computer network using a TCP/IP network to transfer data. It may sound confusing and some what scary but it is very helpful. Cyberspace can be dangerous if used for the wrong reasons ( e.g guides on how to make bombs etc.. ) but it can also be very useful when used for the right reasons, like on-line shopping.

I have been trying to find a few brand new, hip, cool, and unique website designs for the new web site I am working on the only problem is my search engine is starting to slow down and show fewer results for the keywords I type in. Not to mention the lack of internet security I am getting, every time I leave my new site open or unsecured different things I have already created get stolen and altered to fit another web site. cyberspace has not been very friendly to me lately. I then decided that I was in desperate need to receive more internet security so I used my terribly unreliable search engine to see how much it would cost to upload a program that offered cyberspace internet security. My search engine always appeared to be at its worst whenever I was in direr need of something and fast so I decide to instead try out the free computers they offered at the library.

Wow. My childhood ultimate crush just sent me a message! Thanks to this certain social network site! At first, I was hesitant to join and register with this social network as I am not a fan of it. I do not know really how it works and it is just quite confusing, but in the end, I gave in. I think this social network site has a huge server, not only in my place but in the entire world coz I was able to view a lot of profiles including profiles of my preschool and nursery friends! Gosh, I can only imagine their complicated server! Oh and by the way, I was also able to view the profile of my utmost crush; he was working with his own web design company, too bad he is married. Sigh. Oh well, too late. I typed the name of this site to a search engine and found how it works. I tried another well known search engine and almost the same thread of subjects showed up. Interestingly, almost the same things are found on them. Again, I imagined the size of their server. The first search engine is quite amazing. I like it better than the second one as I am more used to it and it is user friendly. The interface is simple yet really helpful, easy to familiarize with.

I remember when I was in a group of web developers that were devoted to make the Internet a more convenient and fun place so we decided to create a social network site where other people can interact with their friends online. To design the website, we used a state of the art program called Macromedia Dreamweaver to create the website. We started to design the front page which took a couple of months. We wanted everything to be perfect and in the end, we had a decent, sophisticated looking page with nice graphics and graphical user interface. We decided to then design an e-mail program to let the users send a recieve e-mail from their friends. With any e-mail program, there's a potential for annoying junk email to be sent so we had to design a junk email program which was rather difficult since we didn't want a filter that was so strong that it would block legitimate emails or a filter that was too weak so that it didn't block a large amount of junk email. We spent a couple of days coding this program and eventually we got it to be just right. We had high hopes for our social network website and decided to tweak it some more and add the opportunity for third party developers to design applications for the website which would allow it to be more user friendly. Once this was done, we needed a source of income so we made advertisement deals with other companies who wished to advertise on our website. In about a week, all of our preparations were finished and we decided to launch our social network website. At first, it only got a couple of views but as time went on, the site started to get very popular and our servers were eventually flooded with traffic. We then decided to upgrade to better servers which allowed for more people to sign up for our website. As time went on, more people signed up and the site increased in popularity. Soon, our site was featured in many web blogs. We felt accomplished with ourselves and to this day we are still very happy that we created this site that has benefited many people.

I was in front of the laptop for two hours now, bidding and waiting for the end of the on-line auction, it was really important that I got that book about webdesign, after graduating in computer science I decided that I wanted to design any kind of web site for living. The worst thing about an on-line auction is that I've to make sure no one wins over me, and at this price, who would not want it? It's like the bible for web designers with the cost of a coffee at Starbucks. When I saw this a couple of hours ago my laptop almost crashed by my hysterical moment. I'm glad I was reading a blog where they announce regularly all kinds of on-line auctions, actually the web site of the auction it's not that pretty so after I receive my book I'll probably offer them my services to fill my portfolio. Not sure if they'll take it as a favour or as an offense. Either way, two minutes left for the on-line auction's end. I put my laptop in the coffee table and go grab something to ear, it's already time for lunch, I decide to just snack something fast before I was completely sure the book was mine. I went back to the laptop and I had to make another bid, someone wants this book as badly as me. But I'll win it! I'm always refreshing the web site and after some time I can see I won the on-line auction. After filling my data for the shipping and sending my money via Paypal I was finally ready to lunch. The next big question right now it's not when the book it's arriving, it'll probably take a few days I think, maybe a week, but what I'm going to do for lunch, let me see what's in the pantry, pasta, rice, flour, the usual stuff, and in the fridge, some fish and some vegetables ready to be cooked. And I realized I was ready to make lunch and to be a very successful webdesigner, with the help of a book.
