Tec Story Page

I may only be 15 years old, but I can tell you one thing, I know a lot about computers. My name is April, only because I was born in April, but my friends call me Frog. The reason I can tell you I know a lot about computers is because I had to show my Grandma how to use one. Well that doesn’t make me an expert, but it does tell me I know something about them.

I got her to set up her home page as google. She kept spelling it goggle, and I said it was google. Goggles are something you use when swimming. Right away she wanted to change her home page to like Yahoo, so she could read news every day. On the google site you have words like search.

I could tell she was getting upset because every time she went to her home page of yahoo, it would always encounter a pop-up. A pop-up is one of those sites that always pop-up when you are trying to do something. That is one thing I hate about the computer is a pop-up. I always get them when I am messaging someone.

I think once I become a programmer, which is what I want to do when I graduate from high school is to go into being a programmer and also want to learn about web development. I would think a programmer could design something to prevent a pop-up. That is my goal when I graduate from college, and when I know everything there is about a computer.

My teacher at school says if you want to do something bad enough, you have to work for it and continue to work for it, until you are the best you can be at it. If you want to be a programmer, then write your goals on a sheet of paper and file them away in a special place to where you can look at them any time you want to. You can do the same thing if you want to go into web development also. You always have to have goals in your life to succeed in life.
